Apologies for the prolonged absence. The Khaleesi and I have been laying low….a calculated move in light of the current instability in Europe, exploding bridges in Crimea and sabotaged railroad cables in Deutschland and all, with our combined near-complete exhaustion. We bailed on Delta, Celebrity, Venice and Athens. This is our tenth day of doing completely NOTHING….well, in a relative sense. Small projects, I kept up with patient reports through my outstanding staff (kudos, girls….was that a trigger?), discrete errands. Worked on preps, prodded a bit by Big Country's missive. We rested. I mean really rested. Like this guy

I just deleted two PayPal accounts. I thought about taking a screenshot of my comment, selecting “other” as my reason for deleting, but your doctor shouldn't use those words publicly. How many times throughout the course of human history has the equivalent of an economic and social shit sandwich been sold to an unwitting population by appealing to a fear of falling behind, then to a sense of opportunity for gaining advantage by getting on-board early? I would hazard a guess, well, quite a few. And how many times have governments been able to turn such culinary delights to THEIR own advantage, even if it's only subtly apparent? Ummm, just about always. The author of that CNN opinion piece discounts the possibility of nefarious use of programmable digital currencies by governments. Uh-huh. But, seven years hence, we have Drag Queen Story Hour in kindergartens and various State governments, well, California most prominently, affirming the “rights” of minors to declare themselves gender dysphoyric and have their sex organs irreversibly altered.
